Test requirement:
Leak test all the crimp seal joints and verify the presence of all connection screws .
CTS solution:
A manually loaded and unloaded custom test stand automatically seals on the heat exchanger base for the leak test. A vision system verifies the presence of all connection screws. All the test data is collected and stored with a barcode scan data for each part.
