These devices attach directly to the bottom and top of the CTS Connect unit and compensate for minor misalignment's to help guide the tested parts into position. The robust construction and durable materials help withstand the wear and tear of nonstop or high-cycle automated use. Our spring mounts and tapered guides can be used separately or in tandem. Seal Material & Durometer Can Make A Difference In Your Testing Application
The standard seal ring materials on our CTS Connect units are made from a proprietary material that is ideally suited to a wide range of testing applications. However, specialized applications may require specialized seal materials in order to achieve optimum performance. We offer seal rings in a range of durometers and specialty materials to meet your testing needs. Specialty seal ring options include, but are not limited to:- High temperature materials
- Solvent and chemical resistant materials
- FDA-approved medical-grade materials
Specialized Housing Materials & Alloys
Housings for all standard CTS Connect units are manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminum and stainless steel materials for long working life with minimal maintenance requirements.
