Internal Seal Manual Connectors

The CTS Connect HI/HIF/HIH series manual connectors effectively seal the inside diameter (ID) on smooth, rough, or threaded circular features of a part. The HI ID manual connectors consist of a cam-driven piston that compresses the CTS-proprietary seal material against the surface of the part, creating a tight seal that meets all test pressure requirements, regardless of surface shape or finish.

Sealing range from 0.270”-3.005” and standard NPT, Metric, SAE, BS ports.Rated for test pressures from vacuum to 100 psig depending upon port surface finish. Available in plug style, fill style, and fill style with handle.

HI Series Pneumatic Internal Hand Seal 

The HI Series plug-style models are available with and without grip handles.

The HIF Series manual seals perform the same port sealing function as the HI connectors but also provide a fill port to allow filling of the part after sealing. This feature allows gas or fluid to fill the part for processing or testing.

The HIH connector incorporates the same sealing and filling capability as the HIF model, but has a comfort grip handle for better ergonomics.
