CTS offers 24/7 service and support via our call-in center. A factory-trained technician knowledgeable about CTS products will answer your call, troubleshoot the issue, provide insight into what may have caused it, and offer suggestions on how to fix it. If additional CTS support is required, our call-in center can assist in scheduling an on-site CTS service appointment anywhere around the globe. We can also help order any parts that may be required.
RMA Form: Need to Return an Instrument for Repair or Calibration?
If you need to return a CTS instrument to the factory for calibration or evaluation and repair, complete the RMA form for fast service. Standard repair time is 5 business days upon receipt of the unit, with expedited options available. See the RMA form for details.
Instrument Calibration and Leak Master Recertification
