The CPO model calibrated leak standard is an open style calibrated leak with no gas reservoir—the customer supplies gas from a regulated gas supply. It is available for several different gas types and gas mixes and with all the standard “Orifice” leak holder assemblies. The CPO model is also offered with fittings suitable for high pressure or ultra high vacuum applications. The CPO model is available in leak rates ranging from 10-7 to 10-1 atm-cc/s, with other inlet and outlet fittings available upon request.
Can be baked to 400°C with appropriate fittings.
