If you require re-calibration of your leak standards, complete the below fields to get started. 

Please note:

• CTS requires a copy of the PO document or credit card information at the time of leak standard receipt.
• An RMA document with return instructions will be provided with the official quote. Please be sure to indicate the RMA number outside of the box to ensure acceptance and efficient processing.
• Upon receipt of leak standard(s) and PO copy, the order will be processed, and we will send a formal order acknowledgment with the expected ship date. Tracking information will be sent in a separate email once it becomes available.
